Ajay Gandhi
After qualifying in 1978 as a CA, Ajay founded the firm. He is also a commerce graduate and holds a degree in law.
Ajay was Chairman of the Hyderabad Branch of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2000.
He authored a weekly column, Tax & You, in the Deccan Chronicle, the mainline newspaper of Hyderabad for several years which was very popular with the readers. His articles are archived at www.taxnyou.com.
Ajay is Managing Director of Wings Infonet Ltd, Hyderabad, India (www.wingsinfo.net) which develops the popular Wings suite of software products. He is Director of Wings Internet Technologies P Ltd.

Kamlesh qualified as a CA in 1983 and joined the firm. He also holds a commerce degree.
The first ‘technical accountant’ in the firm who introduced computers in mid-1980s when it was not something done commonly. Kamlesh helped strengthen the technical foundation of the firm to its great advantage.

Rama Mohan Giri
Ram qualified as CA in 1989 and joined the firm immediately. Ram also holds a commerce degree.

Ram continued his formal education and has undergone several post-qualification courses of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. This includes Information Systems Audit (DISA), International Taxation, IFRS, and Business Valuation.
